POSITION -- Since 2011, Chancellor of the Coast Community College District, a public institution with three colleges and four centers in Coastal Orange County, California.
PREVIOUS -- Served as Executive Vice Chancellor of Educational Affairs of the Dallas County Community College District. He previously served as president of the Community College of Baltimore County, Catonsville and in various other roles, including director of student special services; associate professor of adult and continuing education; dean; vice president for academic and student affairs; provost/professor of education; and, executive vice president for academic and student affairs.
