POSITION -- Since 1996, President of Seminole State College of Florida, a public institution with four campuses and 32,000 students located just north of Orlando, Florida.

PREVIOUS -- Served as Vice President for Development and Executive Director of the Foundation at Broward College (Ft. Lauderdale); Provost of the South Campus of Broward College; Dean of Student Services at Florida Keys Community College (Key West); and a Speech/English instructor at Florida Keys Community College.

AFFILIATIONS -- Current Chair of the AACC Presidents Academy; Board Member for the Phi Theta Kappa Foundation; Steering Committee and Co-Chair for AACC's 21st Century Initiative-Implementation Steering Committee – Reclaiming The Dream;  Florida College System Council of Presidents Steering Committee; Foundation for the Florida College System Board; Higher Education Research Development Institute Charter Member; Charter Trustee for Florida State University;  Metro-Orlando Economic Development Commission Executive Committee and Board; Kids House of Seminole County Board; Heart of Florida United Way Board and Secretary.
