  • Barton Community College serves central Kansas, including Barton County and the six surrounding counties. It is home to a diverse array of educational offerings and opportunities, from traditional academics, performing arts, and athletics to career and technical programs and the local art hot spot, the Shafer Art Gallery.

  • Barton was recently designated as an Occupational Safety and Health Administration Training Institute Education Center, serving all of Kansas and parts of Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska.
