 Online Registration 


Only ONE person may be registered at a time. If you are registering for another person, YOU MUST BE LOGGED ON AS THE REGISTRANT. Please go through the registration process for each attendee separately. Do not log in using your e-mail address—use only that of the person to be registered. Be sure to "Log Out" prior to registering the next attendee. If you have technical questions or issues, please contact Amy Bortmes at or 202.728.0200 x218. Online Instructions:

To complete online registration, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Click to open the online registration screen: Start Online Registration (link will open in a new window).
  2. Select “Join/Login” from the menu bar at the very top of the screen.
  3. Log in as a "Returning" or "New" user. If you are unsure of your status, insert your business email address into "New" user box and select the validate button. If you have a membership record in the system your login ID and password will be emailed to you. Otherwise, you will be prompted to create a profile.
  4. In the "Registration Type" section, select the registration option(s) that apply.
  5. Scroll down to select "Workshop" and/or "Additional Meeting Options." You are not required to select any of these additional options or workshops.
  6. Select "Add Meeting to Cart" button at the bottom of the page.
  7. Next, review your shopping cart. Use the remove button to delete unwanted items from order.
  8. Select “Checkout" button.
  9. Complete questionnaire and click “Save Response and Continue” to proceed.
  10. On the checkout page, enter an applicable coupon code in the “Apply Coupon” field, and hit the “Apply Coupon” link.
  11. Enter billing information and select "Process My Order" at bottom of screen.
  12. Print order receipt. If you do not receive a receipt, your order did NOT process (you will also receive an email notification).

Payment Types:

Online registrations may be processed using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
