There is still time to register for the 2013 Washington Advocacy Seminar. The deadline to make a hotel reservation has been extended to October 4, 2013.

Double: $252.00
Please note the local occupancy tax is 14.5%.

Reservations

There are two options for making reservations:

Phone
Reservations can be made by calling the Hotel's Reservation Department. The phone number is 866.534.6835. Reference the group name "American Association of Community Colleges" or "AACC".

Website
Resevations can be made via the hotel website. Use  block code AMER191013 (code is case sensitive).

Reservations must be made by October 4, 2013, to ensure AACC group rate and availability. One nights deposit is required to hold each reservation.

The group rate is available 3 days prior to and 3 days after the dates of the room block, subject to room availability.

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is Noon.

The accommodations listed on this page are the only official housing partners associated with the Washington Advocacy Seminar. While other companies may contact you offering housing, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the Washington Advocacy Seminar.

Be careful before entering into a financial agreement with any unofficial companies (AKA “Poachers”), as their legitimacy and policies may be questionable and the Washington Advocacy Seminar or the American Association of Community Colleges will not be able to provide a resolution to issues related to such reservations.
