AACC is delighted to share that WDI 2017 is in high demand. Due to overwhelming interest as of 12/8/2016, the conference registration online is now closed. In addition, on-site registrations will NOT be possible due to capacity and safety issues. We greatly look forward to seeing you at WDI 2018. If you have questions, please contact 202-416-4537.

Member Registration

All institutional, educational, corporate partners and AACC affiliated councils can register at the member rate.

The registration form will require you to enter your e-mail address, followed by your domain name. DO NOT enter your e-mail address in the domain field, or the registration form will not allow you to continue. Your domain name is the information that follows the “@” sign in your e-mail address. For example, if your e-mail address is, the domain name is

Non-Member Registration

All non-institutional members, exhibitors that are not corporate partners, and graduate students should account for the non-member rate.


Payment can be made via credit card or check. AACC does not accept Purchase Orders. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon submitting payment. If you opt to pay by check, you will not receive final registration confirmation until AACC receives your check and posts it to your account. Once your account reflects a zero balance, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including a hyperlink to the secure Hyatt Regency Newport Beach website to make your lodging arrangements.

Checks should be made payable to the American Association of Community Colleges and be mailed to: P.O. Box 75263, Baltimore, MD 21275.


Once your registration has been submitted and all appropriate fees have been paid, you will receive a confirmation e-mail which also contains a link to access the host hotel block. Please note that as of 11/17, we regret to inform you that the hotel room block to the host hotel is now full. Please proceed to the reservations website for the Fairmont Newport Beach, the WDI 2017 overflow hotel here.


Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by December 9, 2016. A refund of the conference fee (full registration, spouse/partner, or day-rate), minus a $250 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Cancellations are also applicable to pre-convention sessions. The refund will be $250, with exception of the case when the pre-convention session is less than the cancellation fee.

NO REFUNDS will be granted for requests postmarked after December 9, 2016.

  • AACC also regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted!

Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
