The Director of the Financial Aid, Scholarships and Veteran Services Office is responsible for providing leadership and management of a department of approximately 20 staff. Oversees functions related to Financial Aid and enrollment certification for Veterans. Supervises and evaluates staff; prepares reports adhering to Federal, State and local guidelines; maintains focus on quality and convenience to students.
Responsibilities may include developing and implementing annual plans; coordinating and participating in outreach to external stakeholders; developing procedures; conducting research; preparing formal reports for external regulatory organizations; determining departmental policy; and recommending and monitoring a budget.
