Colorado Mountain College, which offers two- and four-year degrees, seeks a president to provide visionary leadership and efficient and effective management of a dynamic institution serving Western Colorado. The College has 11 sites within a 12,000-square-mile service area, and has a history of providing quality educational programs and services throughout its district. The College is in the process of developing a new strategic plan and the president will be part of finalizing the plan. The Board looks forward to working with a president who will focus on the integrity of college operations while leading the college to become a national model for educational excellence.
The next president of Colorado Mountain College will:
Foster a “one college” atmosphere across a diverse district serving 11 unique mountain communities
Promote consistent high-quality service and programs across all college locations
Lead the college in developing strategies directed to consistently addressing the needs of learners
Lead the college to achieve optimal enrollment to foster robust learning environments
Develop a path to achieve financial sustainability to assure support of the college mission.
