Full-Time 12 Month Management position:
Dean of Academic Affairs - Under the direction of the President, the Dean of Academic Affairs serves as the college’s chief academic officer providing effective leadership, vision, and strategic planning for the operation of the academic unit and has the primary responsibility for the development of academic programs and certificate programs for credit, and professional development for faculty and assigned staff to serve the needs of the students.
Full-Time 12 Month Administrative positions:
Danbury Center Director - Develops and implements the operational plans and oversees College credit and non-credit offerings in the Greater Danbury, CT area. The Danbury Center Director is responsible for administration of the College’s credit and continuing education programs and courses offered at, and through, the Danbury Center through effective performance in the areas of program planning and development; service delivery; development and management of staff; budget and fiscal management; publicity and marketing and program evaluation.
Research Specialist - Is responsible for a wide range of duties in collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data to support administrative decision making and strategic planning. Under the direction of the Director of Institutional Research, the Research Specialist assists in the preparation of reports for internal use and external agencies; peer comparison studies and college performance measures. As a member of the Office of Institutional Research team, he/she develops and maintains computerized databases, coordinates internal office activities and manages web site and communication systems.
Full-Time 12 Month Grant Funded Administrative position:
Bridge to College: Program Coordinator - This position’s efforts are directed principally toward managing and implementing a comprehensive program and administration of the program on site. The Program Coordinator manages the grant program and directs services to students such as mentoring, tutoring and skill building training to improve student proficiency in specific subjects. The incumbent also manages the summer program. The Program Coordinator is responsible for providing educational support services through effective performance in the areas of program design and implementation; managing student services; training, development and direction of staff; budget and fiscal management and overseeing testing and documenting test results.
Educational Assistant (Grant Development Specialist), 17 hours per week
Educational Assistant (Non-Credit Program Coordinator-Health Careers), 17 hours per week
Part-Time Lecturers (Accounting), Danbury & Waterbury locations/daytime
Part-Time Nursing and Allied Health Clinical Staff (Radiologic, Respiratory, Physical Therapy Assistant)
