We are now hiring for the following Full Time position at our Westminster Campus: Dean, Student Services
Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership for Student Services of Front Range Community College’s Westminster Campus. The campus is located about 25 minutes north of downtown Denver and serves a culturally and economically diverse area. The Westminster campus has strong partnerships with area school districts and businesses, degree completion programs with Metropolitan State College of Denver and Regis University, and a collaborative and engaged leadership team. In addition to providing leadership on the campus, the dean will be part of two college-wide deans councils, and will help shape college wide Student Services policies and practices. The right candidate will have a strong commitment to Student Services excellence, student development and student success and will be able to interact collaboratively with a diverse group of students and employees.
Masters Degree or Doctorate in Student Affairs, Community College Leadership or Student Development.
Five to seven years of professional experience in higher education administration including staff supervision and project management. Extensive knowledge of the area of student services, student development or student affairs, including Admissions and Records, Financial Aid, Advising, Assessment, Student Life, Recruiting and Disability Services. Knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to analyze complex organizations and systems and implement change.
Experience working in a Colorado higher education/community college environment. College level teaching. Bilingual. Success in recurring grant funding.
