The Los Angeles Community District announces an opening for a Vice President of Academic Affairs to serve at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College. Interested individuals who possess the required training and experience are invited to apply. The Vice President of Student Services provides expertise and leadership in planning, organizing, and administering the student support services of the college. The Vice President of Student Services serves as the primary advisor to the College President in the area of student support services.
Applicants must meet State minimum requirements as an administrator either by: a California credential authorizing administrative service at the community college level OR a master’s degree from an accredited institution; and completion of one year of full-time formal training, internship or leadership experience reasonably related to the administrative assignment.
The salary range is $136,613 to $160,407 annually. New employees to the District will be allocated within the salary range according to previous salary. Employee benefits include 15.5 paid holidays annually, 24 days paid vacation annually, medical/hospital, dental and vision care plans and a $50,000 group life insurance policy.
