   What is the VFA?

The Voluntary Framework of Accountability (VFA) is the first comprehensive national accountability system BY community colleges, FOR community colleges.

Community college leaders – facilitated by the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) – conceived, developed and pilot-tested the first set of VFA metrics, which gauge how well our institutions perform in serving a variety of students and purposes. Learn more at About VFA.

    Beta Testing the VFA

Beta test the VFA. We invite and need all community colleges to test the VFA Data Tool and the clarity of the resources provided to assist with Joining the VFA and inputting and submitting your college's data.

Start here. Submit the VFA Beta Testing Commitment Form today. The critically important beta period will be May through September.
