 Hail & Farewell Luncheon 

The Hail & Farewell Luncheon is the Association's opportunity to wish a fond farewell to retiring CEOs as well as hail new and 25-year CEOs. Held on Sunday during the convention's luncheon program, Hail & Farewell is a celebration of leadership.

Honor First-Time, 25-Year and Retiring CEOS in AACC Program Booklet

AACC now provides community colleges, individuals, and professional organizations an additional way to congratulate Hail and Farewell honorees. You have the opportunity to purchase ads to “hail” a new or 25-year CEO, or to say “farewell” to a retiring CEO. These ads will be compiled into a commemorative booklet provided to all Hail and Farewell Luncheon attendees.

Ad Submissions

  • AACC is offering full page, full color ads sized at 8” x 8”. Please note: no half page ad spaces are available.
  • All color used in the file must be a process build of cmyk.
  • Please submit your finished ad as a press-ready high-resolution pdf file.
  • All ads must be saved at full size (8” x 8”), 300 dpi.
  • Please email your finished ad pdf to stephanie@strategicdesignstudio.com no later than Friday, March 22, 4:00pm EST. Ads received after this date and time will not be included in the printed booklet.

Need help designing your ad? We’re glad to help you!

  • Please submit your finished and proof-read ad text as a Microsoft Word Document.
  • Please make sure to check grammar and punctuation, as the text will be printed as provided.
  • Supply your organizational logo as a vector file (Illustrator .eps file).
  • Supply any head shots or other images to be included no smaller than 3”w, 300 dpi.
  • Please submit your materials to stephanie@strategicdesignstudio.com no later than Wednesday, March 13, 10:00 am EST.
  • Include your contact information (name, email & phone number) in case we have any questions for you.
  • Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Ad Cost

Credit card payments can be processed up to March 8, 2013.

If the "Bill Me" option is selected, AACC must receive payment no later than March 15th for the ad to be included in the booklet.

Please allow checks approximately 15 days between the date that you mail them to be processed and posted to your account. The cost of ads is as follows:
